2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your property.

  • Ensure access to your property (e.g., keys, alarm codes) for scheduled visits.

  • Notify us of any changes to property conditions, contact details, or service needs.

  • Maintain proper insurance coverage for your property.

3. Service Fees and Payments

  • Fees are determined based on the size, location, and specific needs of the property.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.

  • Cancellation of scheduled services with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

  • Refunds for pre-paid services will be issued at our discretion.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Snowbird Home Watch is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events such as weather, natural disasters, or third-party negligence.

  • While we make every effort to detect and report issues, our services are observational and do not guarantee the prevention of property damage.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining homeowner’s insurance and verifying coverage during their absence.

6. Access to Property

  • By engaging our services, you authorize us to enter your property for scheduled visits or as required for emergency situations.

  • We will take all reasonable measures to secure your property during and after each visit.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency (e.g., break-ins, leaks, or storm damage), we will:

  • Notify you and/or your designated emergency contact.

  • Take reasonable steps to mitigate immediate risks, such as contacting emergency services or repair providers.

Any additional costs incurred during emergency response will be the client’s responsibility.
