Home Watch Visit

Each client has a customized checklist for their unique property. Below is a sample of some of the checks we provide during our visit.

Upon Arrival & Exterior Check (Sample)

• Exterior walk around and check of the property.

•  Remove newspapers, flyers, and check the mailbox

• Confirm landscaping and snow removal has been performed.

• Visual exterior check including roof (from the ground), screens, windows, AC units, fence, shed, etc. Particular focus on roof during winter to look for possible ice dams.

• Check outbuildings, pool, spa, marine equipment, and any other special features of the property.

• In the winter, our exterior visit creates a visual presence at the property to help deter crime.

Interior Check (Sample)

• Thorough tour of the entire interior of the property.

• Cycle water at every water zone including running of appliances. Visual check for signs of water damage around all water zones.

• Check all windows and doors for damage and ensure they are locked.

• Check for signs of insects, pests, and rodents.

• Ensure proper temperature of AC and furnace.

• Check refrigerator, freezers, and wine coolers for proper temperature and operation.

• Check of the utility room looking at the furnace,, water heater, and water filtration systems. Looking for any signs of malfunction, water, etc.

• Check garage
