A Growing Need for Home Watch Services

Home watch is a relatively new concept in Minnesota, but it's quickly gaining traction, especially with the state's abundance of seasonal cabins and snowbirds. For those unfamiliar, home watch services provide essential visual checks of homes and properties, checking for any obvious issues while homeowners are away. This service is invaluable in preventing costly damages and ensuring peace of mind for homeowners.

Our Commitment to Excellence

Each of our businesses is proud to be accredited by the National Home Watch Association. This accreditation means that we are insured, bonded, and background-checked, ensuring that our clients can trust us with their most valuable assets. We also provide immediate digital reports to homeowners, so they're always in the loop about the condition of their property. If any issues arise, we work closely with the homeowner to resolve them promptly.

Meet Our Team of Experts

Our collaboration consists of five women-owned businesses, each bringing unique strengths and coverage areas to the table:

  • Northern Nest Services (based in Chanhassen) covers a wide geography, including Maple Grove, Waconia, Apple Valley, and St. Paul.

  • Snowy Owl (based in St. Louis Park) serves St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Minneapolis.

  • Snowbird Home Watch (based in North Oaks) covers the North East metro area.

  • SureLook provides services in the Annandale Lakes area, Clearwater, the Briggs Chain of Lakes, Becker, Big Lake, and Monticello.

  • TLC Home Watch (based in Alexandria) serves the nearby areas.

Each of us follows the National Home Watch Association’s standards and best practices, ensuring that we deliver top-notch services to our clients.

Why Home Watch Matters

With more Minnesotans owning second or third homes, often used as investment properties or vacation rentals, the need for reliable home watch services is more important than ever. In 2015, there were 44,000 snowbirds in Minnesota, and that number has only grown since. The rise of remote work has also allowed more people to spend extended periods away from their primary homes, making our services even more critical.
